We host a range of events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, prizegivings, christmas parties, conferences and fundraisers.

We can hold around 250 people formally seated inside with our maximum capacity 500 people.

Yes we have a dedicated tree lined ceremony space at the venue.

Wedding hire is generally 5 days which includes 2 days set up, 1 day for the event and 2 days for rest and pack down. Other events are as required.

The beauty of Coventry Arena is that we are an all weather venue. No need to stress about a wet marquee and muddy grounds. If it does rain, we have a covered pavillion outside and plenty of space to bring the ceremony indoors with the open barn doors offering stunning views.

Music must end by 1:30am and the premise must be vacated by 2am.

Yes we have a large 1ha grass area availble for onsite parking for up to 250 vehicles.

Yes that is one of the key benefits of Coventry Arena. You are not locked into vendor supplied drinks, expensive bar prices and corkage fees.

You dont require a liquor licence unless you are selling alcohol or selling tickets to an event that supplies alcohol but you will require an experienced bar tender.

No we are a dry hire venue so you will need to arrange your own catering.

Yes there is plenty of space for food trucks and a seperate indoor area for catering which includes an oven, fridge and running hot water. Additional catering equipment will generally need to be hired.

Yes there is plnety of space for a bouncy castle both inside and outside.

There is no cell phone reception at Coventry Arena, perfect for unplugged events. We do have wifi should you wish to share it with guests.
